In the heart of Warmia there is an old school from 1938, the charm of which we fell in love at first sight and we decided to renew it respecting its long history. We have kept as many original elements as possible, e.g. 80-year-old wooden stairs to the first floor, a brick wall, beautiful ceiling beams. We added a green veranda to the house, which became the main entrance.
Entering the corridor, you will be greeted by green paneling, referring to the school decor and a string of hangers, just like in a trained cloakroom.

We want to give our guests a break and the opportunity to try the real Warmia, smelling of freshly baked bread, with specialties  from local pantries. For those who are tired, we offer forest baths in the beautiful Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest or swimming in the clear waters of Pluszne Lake, bike rides or simply doing nothing. We have the ambition to give you luxurious conditions to rest, so that you will come back to us willingly ...

Therefore, with a considerable amount of work or with respect for the historical site, in 2022 we commissioned the restored old school building from 1938 in the tiny village of Zielonowo, which is located on the southern tip of the historical region of Warmia.
